Qualified applicants must have a total household income that is at or below 80% of the Area Median Income for the county in which the household is being purchased:

    • Sullivan County:
      1 or 2 person household up to $88,160
      3+ person household up to $101,384
    • Orange County:
      1 or 2 person household up to $98,400
      3+ person household up to $113,160
    • Ulster County:
      1 or 2 person household up to $95,840
      3+ person household up to $110,216
    • Delaware County:
      1 or 2 person household up to $88,160
      3+ person household up to $101,384

Homebuyer Dream Program® Plus

Qualified applicants must have a total household income that is between 80% and 120% of the Area Median Income for the county in which the household is being purchased:

    • Sullivan County:
      1 or 2 person household between $88,161 and $132,320
      3+ person household between $101,384 and $152,076
    • Orange County:
      1 or 2 person household between $98,401 and $147,600
      3+ person household between $113,160 and $169,740
    • Ulster County:
      1 or 2 person household between $95,841 and $143,760
      3+ person household between $110,216 and $165,324
    • Delaware County:
      1 or 2 person household between $88,161 and $132,240
      3+ person household between $101,384 and $152,076

Homebuyer Dream Program® Wealth Builder

Qualified applicants must have a total household income that is at or below 120% of the Area Median Income for the county in which the household is being purchased:

    • Sullivan County:
      1 or 2 person household at or below $132,320
      3+ person household at or below $152,076
    • Orange County:
      1 or 2 person household at or below $147,600
      3+ person household at or below $169,740
    • Ulster County:
      1 or 2 person household at or below $143,760
      3+ person household at or below $165,324
    • Delaware County:
      1 or 2 person household at or below $132,240
      3+ person household at or below $152,076
